In this 4 hours tour, I will bring you to experience the Hong Kong local food, which is the heritage of Canton Cusine and also blended with English cultures.

 

Starting your journey from Sham Shui Po, we are going to have a HK style afternoon tea, milk tea, french toast. Visit the working class neighborhood and understand how they start their daily life. Looking at the small and compact living conditions around here.

Then we will also try famous roasted goose in Hong Kong, we don't eat peking duck here, but we have roasted duck and roasted goose as the representatives!

One more stop around this neighborhood is to go to a Michelin chinese dessert shop to try something new to you. Sweet dumplings, coconut soup and almond soup are nice and sweet.

We will move to another district, Mong Kok, and try Michelin star wonton noodles and beef briskets noodles. There are also local Michelin star chinese bakery still serving local chinese bakery.  We can see the goldfish market on our way.  We will get an egg custard tart for our dessert.

We will finally go to a unique fruit market in HK and try all of our imported fruit.
